Why celebrate 75 years

The eagle is the argument.

For seventy-five years KETASCO has produced eagles — vision, strength, leadership, resilience, elevation. The Diamond Jubilee is not a ceremony to attend. It is a movement to join, and the call is deliberately impatient.

“WE ARE DZOLALI & I AM DZOLALI — NOW OR NEVER”

The strategic rallying theme adopted for the 75th Anniversary. Candidate anniversary themes under consideration include 75 Years of Excellence: Soaring Beyond Generations, A Heritage of Action, A Future of Impact, and Vision. Action. Transformation.

LXXV is seventy-five in Roman numerals. It is also the whole case for celebrating, in four letters — so there is only one thing to remember.

Reporting cadence

Every committee reports up on one template.

The 75th Anniversary Delivery Progress Report. Accuracy and currency matter — CPC meetings run on it.

RAG

Word document · 269 KB · v1.1

What it carries

  • Initiatives, each with an expected go-live date
  • Progress against each initiative
  • A RAG status — red, amber or green
  • Risks, with mitigation, transfer or escalation
  • Next steps

The rules

  • Keep it brief: deliverables, progress, risks.
  • A slide deck never replaces the template.
  • Escalate risks to the CPC ahead of the report.
  • Committees may call a CPC meeting; no need to wait.
  • Avoid minute-style reporting inside committees.
  • Send designs, drawings and samples separately.
The operating cycle

How a committee actually works.

Every sub-committee runs the same eight-stage loop, from the appointment letter to the handover report. Select a stage to see what happens, who decides, and what it produces.

Directory & contact

Every committee, one inbox each.

Contact is by committee, never by individual member. Each card opens the committee’s mandate, leadership and roster, and a message form that routes to the Association secretariat tagged for that committee.

    Legacy & sustainability

    What still stands in 2029.

The Central Planning Committee is mandated to identify and oversee legacy projects with long-term benefit to the school. These are the candidates carried forward from the strategic framework, for decision and approval by the CPC, NEC and Council of Elders.
